2018 ended with a bang as far as funding deals were concerned. Twenty-two major rounds were closed by Canadian tech startups in December, including one by past Fundica Roadshow participant Cybeats, who announced a $3M raise on the 18th. Nineteen other companies secured multi-million dollar deals, including--but not limited to--Bellus Health, Robotiq, and Ada Support, who raised $35M, $31M, and $19M, respectively.
