The Canadian Innovation Exchange (CIX) recently set up a program called the Canadian Technology Accelerator which will allow three Canadian start-ups operating in the fields of Digital Media or Information Communication Technology to spend three months in a rent-free center in Sunnyvale, California. More precisely, the three selected companies will have the opportunity to operate, starting June 2011, in a Plug and Play Tech Center in one of the most important tech hub worldwide.
This program was created, in a partnership agreement, by both the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Canada and the Consulate General in San Francisco.
