Funding Deals for the Months of July and August 2016 (Views: 2261)
During the months of July and August, 43 funding deals took place. One of the most noteable events was from from Toronto-based Genesys Capital who closed an initial $90M for its 3rd venture capital fund focused on investing in seed healthcare startups. As well as BDC Capital and ATB Financial who have negotiated a $1 billion agreement to support Alberta based small businesses.
