During the month of June, 28 funding deals took place. Some of the most notable transactions were from Samsung Electronics that acquired AdGear and LEAGUE, a Toronto-based startup that raised 25 million USD from OMERS Ventures, Real Ventures, BDC Capital, Infinite Potential Technologies, RBC, Manulife and Power Financial Corporation.
